Garden Design

Harmonious, beautiful garden design tailored to your space and lifestyle.

Design Stages

Initial consultation
During our first meeting, we will discuss in detail your wishlist for the garden and current restrictions, giving consideration to maintenance, who uses the garden, desired planting styles, colours, and uses. This usually will take the form of a detailed questionnaire.

Site analysis
Using this information from the initial consultation and the site visit, the site analysis is an in depth survey of the site, gathering information together which will inform the design including aspect, topography, soil, climate, boundaries and restrictions.

Design Brief
An initial brief is drawn up using these documents to clearly outline the thought process and concept behind the basis of the design. The brief is likely to evolve with the project, it will expand on the planting selection and the choice of materials.

Conceptual Stage
A visual representation of ideas before we go to scale drawings, to demonstrate colours, planting styles, plants and themes.

Design Plan
Scale Drawings illustrate the garden design, including dimensions and materials.

Optional Additions

Garden Design Process

Garden design follows a process of stages resulting in a bespoke, long-lasting design, tailor-made to your space.

These steps ensure we keep your wishlist top of mind while also considering the conditions and environment of your garden.
